Established in 1985, Giacomo the executive Chef from 1991 acquired ownership of Primavera Restaurant in 1997, with a goal of maintaining Primavera Restaurant as one of South Florida’s finest dining establishments. One addition was the creation of a private dining room able to accommodate up to 90 guests, combined with our smaller private room for a capacity up to 150 guests
Giacomo creates an intriguing combination of old and new world dishes. The Northern Italian cuisine at Primavera is influenced with a style that blends the traditional dishes with a creative twist. Items such as the mushrooms strudel, or the eggplant parmigiana in crust are an example.
The menu at Primavera offers a dining experience that is unique and affordable. Traditional Italian dishes are supplemented daily with specialty items. Fresh seafood and meats, homemade pastas, and desserts, combined with a very romantic and comfortable setting, attentive service, combined with a full bar and a fairly priced wine list are the trademarks of Primavera that keep patrons returning.
