A medley of sautéed mushrooms and Italian cheeses,
oven baked with a tasty crust.
Salmon or Pan Seared Basa Fillet “Piccata”
Boneless fish pan seared, Chardonnay & lemon sauce with capers
Chicken Parmigiana Style
Lightly breaded, topped with tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese
Chicken Breast “Marsala”
sautéed with assorted mushrooms &in a white wine sauce
Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli
Homemade Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli, with fresh tomato sauce
Grilled Pork Tenderloin “Pancetta”
(If pork is not desired can be substituted)
Wrapped with bacon, grilled, sun dried tomato & Chardonnay sauce

Inclusive of complimentary featured wines and beers
(Maximum 2 alcoholic beverages/glasses per person)

No additional room charges or other fees
Complimentary use of our LCD projector and screen
or in house microphone.
No need to pre select entrees for guest, once menu’ is finalized we will print menu’ with heading of your choice,
and guests will choose from selections on night of event.
