Entrees:

Fresh Catch of the Day

(Salmon, Chilean Seabass, Jumbo Scallops, Yellowtail Snapper)

Boneless fish fillet  pan seared in an olive oil,

Chardonnay &  grape tomato sauce with a touch of garlic

Veal Chop Parmigiana Style

Lightly breaded, topped with tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese

Grilled American Lamb Chops

served with a Merlot & cranberry  sauce

Veal or Chicken Scaloppine Funghi

sautéed with a mushrooms &   wine  sauce

Pasta Sampler Trio

Homemade Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli, with fresh tomato sauce

Potato gnocchi with a four cheeses sauce, Linguini with basil “Pesto”

Jumbo Shrimps Scampi

Sautéed  shrimps in a butter, wine  and lemon sauce

Grilled Angus New York Strip Steak

served with a green peppercorn sauce

entrees served with a side of vegetables of the day & Capellini Pomodoro
